P.GOVINDARAJAN, ADDL. PUPLIC PROSECUTOR [FOR R1] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The order dated 11.05.2017 passed by this Court in Crl.OP.Nos.
9499 to 9502 of 2017, directing the petitioner to surrender before the learned Additional District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Ambur, could not be complied with, since the petitioner claims to have met with an accident. 2.Taking a sympathetic view, these petitions are allowed and the petitioner is granted another period of one week to surrender before the learned Additional District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Ambur for the purpose of filing an application to recall the non bailable warrant from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such surrender, the learned Magistrate shall endeavor to consider the application on the same day. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions stand disposed of on the above said terms.
