ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard the matter first on 20.06.2023. On the said date, we have apprised the learned counsel that the impugned order can be challenged before the Tribunal under Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, we have adjourned the matter to 27.06.2023.
2. On 27.06.2023, none appeared for the petitioner. However, in the interest of justice, we again adjourned the matter to 04.07.2023 with an observation that on the said date, the matter would be dismissed if none appears.
3. Today also, none appears for the petitioner.
4. In the light of that, the writ petition, as such, is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.17481 & 17483 of 2023 are closed.
