2. Today the captioned CMP is on Board. The prayer comes across as an innocuous prayer as the appellant, who is a juristic person i.e., Private Limited Company, has undergone a change of name and the Certificate of Incorporation issued by the jurisdictional 'Registrar of Companies' {'RoC'}, Chennai being Certificate dated 24.01.2022 has also been enclosed.

3. Captioned CMP ordered as prayed for albeit preserving the rights and contentions of the other side, if they choose to raise an issue in this regard when the matter progresses.
