JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.Sathish Kumar J.) The appellant is present.

2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the subject matter of the appeal has been settled out of Court between the parties on payment of Rs.19,00,000/- to the respondent. The respondent has also acknowledged the receipt of the said sum towards full and final settlement of the entire dispute. He would further submit that E.P. has also been terminated pursuant to the settlement.

3. The learned counsel has also filed a memo to that effect and the original receipt issued by the respondent acknowledging the receipt of the said sum has also been filed along with the memo.

4. Recording the submission and the memo dated 20.01.2026, this Appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court. Court fee, if any, shall be refunded. No costs.
