This application has been taken out by the plaintiff seeking to appoint an Advocate Commissioner in C.S.No.245 of 2020 and T.O.S.No.8 of 2021, under whose supervision, the continuation of the cross examination of PW1 can be conducted by the defendants at the residence of the plaintiff, who has been examining himself as PW1 is suffering from cancer and is also undergoing treatment for the same and therefore, he finds it difficult to move out of his residence.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the defendants would submit that they have no objection for allowing the application.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit and also taking into account that the defendants have no serious objection, the application is ordered as prayed for Mrs.C.Kanakavalli (Enrl.No.2053/2004), is appointed as an Advocate Commissioner who shall continue to record evidence of PW1 and place the same before this Court. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. It has agreed by the learned counsels such evidence could be recorded from 17th July to 19th July 2023. The initial remuneration for the Advocate Commissioner shall be Rs.20,000/-.
