RESPONDENTS Prayer: The Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to forthwith post the petitioner as Village Health Nurse at Sadras, Primary Health Centre, by considering and passing orders on the representation of the petitioner dt 19.10.2015.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The case of the petitioner is that she was appointed as the Village Health Nurse at the Primary Health Centre at Vadakankulam on 12.12.2000. In the month of January, 2004, she was transferred to Thiruvannamalai District and in the year 2006, she was again transferred to Medavakkam Primary Health Centre. On 14.03.2012, the petitioner was transferred to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Belukurichi Government Primary Health Centre. Due to ill-health, she applied for Medical Leave from 25.07.2015 to 27.11.2015 enclosing the medical leave certificate to the Block Medical Officer, Namagiripettai. While so, the petitioner came to know that she was transferred to the Primary Health Centre, at Pavunchur Primary Health Centre, Saidapet Health Unit, Kancheepuram District. She gave a representation to the first respondent seeking re-transfer. Since it was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard Mr.K.Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

4. This Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into merits of the case, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the first respondent by enclosing a copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to consider the said representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks therefrom and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.

With the above said direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
