This petition having been posted this day for being mentioned pursuant to the order of this Court date 03/08/2017 of 2006 and made herein and in the presence of M/S.C.MUNUSAMY, Advocate, for the petitioner and of Mr. K.MATHAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the respondent, the Court made the following order. The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that in the Paragraph No.7 of the order dated 03.08.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.9515 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.458 of 2017, instead of the amount in words 'Rupees ten thousand only' and to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Villupuram, it has been erroneously stated as 'Rupees five thousand only' and 'Namakkal' respectively. He further submitted that execution of bond by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of this order may be altered as 'from the date of receipt of a copy of this order'. Hence, the case is posted today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. Accepting the above submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the paragraph No.7 of the order dated 03.08.2017 shall be read as follows :

" The substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner by the Trial Court alone is hereby suspended till the disposal of the appeal and the petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Villupuram within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the said court on first working day of every

month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders."

3. Two weeks time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of the amended Order to comply with the earlier order dated 03.08.2017.

4. In other respects, the earlier order dated 03.08.2017 shall stand unaltered.
