ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to register FIR on his complaint dated 3.12.2014, in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
3. On reading of the complaint, it appears that it is essentially contractual in nature and does not disclose the commission of cognizable offence. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
