1. The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2012 for issue of patta in respect of the lands measuring about https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

94.95 acres comprised in Survey No70/1 situated at Midithepalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. The 11th respondent has appeared through counsel and though notice was ordered through paper publication the other respondents have not entered appearance. The learned counsel appearing for the 11th respondent submitted that before consideration of the representation, the Tahsildar should hear all the parties by directing them to appear in person and afford sufficient opportunity to put forth their objections if any.

3. In the light of the above merit of the contention there will be a direction to respondent to consider the representation dated 22.08.2012, after issuing notice to the respondents and all other persons who are likely to be aggrieved, and dispose of the said representation, as expeditiously as possible. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
