This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 471 days in filing the above criminal revision.

2. While condoning the delay of 471 days in filing the above revision challenging the order of maintenance, this Court imposed a cost of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent. Though the petitioner had sent money order to the respondent, the respondent panicked and refused to receive the cheque.

3. Today the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he is ready and willing to receive the cost.

4. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to pay the cost of Rs.5,000/- directly to the learned counsel for the respondent in the court itself.

5. Registry is directed to number the above revision, if it otherwise in order and list the same on 24.07.2025.
