When the case came up for hearing on 25.10.2019, there was no representation for the petitioners and it was noted in the order that even on 24.10.2019 there was no representation for the petitioners and the matter was 2/4

directed to be posted on 30.10.2019. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioners either in the first call or in the second call.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent states that the order dated 05.02.2014 in W.P.No.3383 of 2014 has been complied with.

3.In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent across the bar, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the Contempt Petition. 4.The Contempt Petition is dismissed.
