Petition for bail.

2. Offences alleged are under Sections 406, 465, 468, 471, 477A and 420 r/w 120(B) of IPC.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner now seeks default bail.

4. The petitioner is in jail for more than 60 days. Yet investigation not completed and final report is filed.

5. In the circumstances, petitioner is entitled to default bail.

6. It is ordered as under:- (i) Statutory bail granted.

(ii) Petitioner and two sureties shall execute a bond for Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the learned III Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai. (iii) Petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30. a.m., until further orders.
