Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents to register the case on the complaint dated 03.12.2014 given by the petitioner and investigate the same in accordance with law and to file the final report within the time fixed by this Hon`ble court.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the complaint dated 03.12.2014 given by the petitioner and investigate the same in accordance with law and to file the final report within a time frame, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry in CSR No.306/2014 was conducted and the same was closed on 7.12.2014. Hence, the second respondent police is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report either in person or by post to the petitioner, as held by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]., within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
