ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2018, so as to correct the birth certificate of the petitioner's son.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that the prayer of the petitioner to carry out certain changes in the birth certificate of his son is carried on. The above said submission is recorded.

3. In view of the above, this Court directs the second respondent to issue a fresh copy of the birth certificate of the petitioner's son, including the correct names as claimed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
