1.This Criminal Revision is directed against the proceedings dated 06.08.2014 made in MC.No.584/2014 in IR.No.49/2014 initiated by the respondent under Section 151 @ 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

2.When the matter is called today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners/accused 1 to 34. 3.The learned Public Prosecutor [Puducherry] would submit that this Criminal Revision is preferred against the proceedings initiated under Section 151 @ 107 of Cr.P.C., in the year 2014 and due to efflux of time, nothing remains for further adjudication in this revision and prays for dismissal of this revision as infructuous.

4.Recording the said submission of the learned Public Prosecutor [Puducherry], this Criminal Revision stands dismissed as infructuous.
