This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the FIR in Crime No.18 of 2015 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to the CBCID, Kanchipuram, for investigation.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully. 3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed on 21.04.2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthiramerur.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
