O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner wherein the petitioner is seeking for grant of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the second respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry on 24.11.2020 at 03.30 P.M. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the second respondent has called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
