By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.Mr.V. Manoharan, AGP, takes notice for the first respondent. T.N.C. Kaushik, Standing Counsel takes notice for R1.

3. The petitioner has filed the writ petition to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representations dated 27.11.2023 and 04.11.2024, within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The first petitioner is the wife of the second petitioner. The second petitioner, the third respondent and one Elumalai were brothers and they were in joint possession of the punja lands in S.F.No.151/2 situated at Vaangoor Village Walajah Taluk, Ranipet District. While so, the third respondent approached the second respondent and obtained sanction under the green house scheme suppressing the fact that he was in joint possession of the above subject land. Consequently, the petitioner submitted representations dated 27.11.2023 and 04.11.2024, to the first respondent to cancel the allotment granted to the 3rd respondent under the green house scheme. Despite the receipt of the said representations no action was taken. 2 / 5

Hence, the petitioner was constrained to file the above writ petition for the above relief.

The learned counsel for the petitioner's submitted that even though several grounds were raised in support of the writ petition, he would restrict his prayer for a direction to the first respondent, to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2023 and 04.11.2024, within a time framed fixed by this Court.

6. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner's counsel, this Court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2023 and 04.11.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
