O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st to 3rd respondents to provide the necessary police protection to the petitioner against the 4th to 9th respondents based on his representation dated 06.10.2020.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 06.10.2020 before the respondents 1 to 3 by R.P.A.D. to provide police protection. However, the 3rd respondent did not conduct any enquiry so far on the complaint lodged by the petitioner.

3. Considering the above, the 3rd respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 to 9 and complete the enquiry after giving an opportunity of being heard to the parties on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
