Heard.
This writ petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the
respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 28.12.2010 and 23.4.2012 and to direct the fourth respondent to take necessary action for non supply of the information sought by the petitioner.
At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if this Court is pleased to permit the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the second respondent, with regard to the reliefs sought in the present writ petition, within a specified period and on such representation being made, the second respondent may be directed to dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.
The learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents have no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.
In view of such submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, this Court finds it appropriate to permit the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent herein, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such a representation, the second respondent, shall consider and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
