This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to register the complaint dated 08.06.2019 in CSR No.1083 of 2019 given by the petitioner to the respondent herein and to take action against the persons mentioned in the complaint. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.
3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout her remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
