..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 3rd Respondent dated 24.04.2020 in Memo No. 053669/ 967/ G.29/ G.292/ 2019 and quash the same and by consequently directing the Respondents to accord seniority as Accounts Supervisor from the relevant cutoff date i.e. 20.03.2007 in line with the covered orders passed by this Court in identical cases in W.A.No.121 of 2008 and W.P.No.14595/2017 .
