ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 08.12.2014, she has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. The petitioner is the wife and in her complaint, she has asked for the return of dowry articles from her husband. In a complaint of this nature, this Court cannot direct the respondent police to register FIR. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
