ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition challenges the order in Crl.Rev.Petition No.22 of 2019 dated 22.01.2020 passed by the learned III Additional Sessions Judge, Vellore at Tirupattur, confirming the order in M.C.No.13 of 2017 dated 31.05.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi, awarding maintenance to the respondents herein.
2.Both the learned counsel represent that the parties have arrived at a settlement pursuant to the mediation conducted by the Mediation Centre attached to the High Court of Madras and are now living together for the past three months.
3.Both the parties are present in Court and confirmed that they have entered into a compromise and they are living together. In view of this development, the orders passed awarding maintenance in favour of 2/4
the respondents are set aside and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
