Prayer:- Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents to delete the name of the petitioner in the History Sheet List maintained in the respective third respondent police station.

2. It is seen that the petitioner is challenging the entry of his name in the history sheeter list. Such a prayer under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code is not maintainable. However, the petitioner can challenge the same under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in a writ petition.

3. In view of the same, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions, with liberty to challenge the same in the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.

4. Accordingly, all these criminal original petitions are dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move this Court with appropriate petition.
