O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order dated 29.01.2020 passed in FCMC.No.5 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court at Chengalpattu.

2. This matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide order dated 07.07.2022. The Mediation Report dated 18.07.2022 reads as follows:

" Matter already settled in lower court. Referred back to Court". From the Mediation report, it is found that the matter was already settled before the trial court. In such view of the matter, nothing further survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Revision Case.

3. In the light of the abovesaid position, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
