C.M.P.No.11290 of 2011 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased 12th respondent. C.M.P.No.11291 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 12th respondents .

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 12th respondent died on 12.07.2020. Hence, these petitions are filed to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the deceased 12th respondent as respondents 18 to 20 in the above C.R.P. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing the petitions.

3. Having satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit, filed in support of these petitions, both the petitions are allowed.

03.08.2022 vsi Note:Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
