Mr. Nedunchezhian, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the notice sent to the 4th respondent was returned with an endorsement "redirected".

3. Hence, learned counsel for the Appellant Insurance Company is directed to take notice on the 4th respondent through substituted service by way of paper publication in any one of the english dailies and also in vernacular dailies, on or before 08.12.2023 by mentioning the hearing date as 11.12.2023.

4. This petition is ordered with the above direction.

5. Post the main CMA on 11.12.2023.
