This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to complete the trial proceedings pending in C.C.No.104 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhurantakam, within the time stipulated by this Court.

Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhurantakam, to complete the trial in C.C.No.104 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the trial.
