This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 188 days in paying deficit court fee of Rs.1149/- in the above Second Appeal in S.A.SR.No.116092 of 2019.

3.This Court having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 188 days in paying deficit court fee of Rs.1149/- in the above Second Appeal in S.A.SR.No.116092 of 2019 is hereby condoned.

4.The Registry is directed to number the above S.A.SR.No.116092 of 2019, if the papers are otherwise in order.
