PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus restraining the respondents from alienating the land in S.No.73/8 measuring an extent of 1 1/4 acres (0.44 hectares) situated at Manamedu, Bahur Commune, Puducherry till appropriate orders are passed on the representation for re-conveyance dated 17.11.2015 made by the petitioner.
