O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the recommendation made by the first respondent dated 28.06.2019 and pass appropriate orders within the time limit stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Balamurugan, Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the second respondent has already fixed the date of enquiry on 27.11.2020 at 11.00 A.M. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present for the enquiry with all the necessary documents.

3. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the second respondent has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
