Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.KASINATHA BHARATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.VINOTHRAJA , Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to set aside the dismissal order passed by this Court on 03.06.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.9746 of 2021 and direct the Registry to restore the Crl.O.P.
