ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 15.12.2017, wherein the petitioner has sought for transfer of patta in her favour with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr.Aruldoss, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 2nd respondent has fixed the date for enquiry on 13.11.2020 at 03.00 p.m . The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already called the parties for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to afford opportunity to the petitioner and the 4th respondent at the time of enquiry and shall pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
