Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2020 and consequently, issue direction to the 3rd respondent to issue patta to the petitioner in Sruvey No.100/1 situated at Mallavadi Village, Thiruvannamalai Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District. ( As requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner, 'Oragadam Village' mentioned in the prayer is deleted, as per the order of this court today, while passing orders in this Writ Petition.) ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 12.09.2020 and to issue patta to the petitioner with respect to the subject property. 2.

Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

behalf of the respondents submitted that the third respondent has already called the parties for enquiry on 02.12.2020 at 4.30 p.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the third respondent has already called the parties for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
