This application has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased second defendant in T.O.S.No.45 of 1987 viz. Dr.V.Pari, who unfortunately died on 09.03.2025. His wife has predeceased him and one his sons also predeceased him. The third respondent herein viz. P.Senthil, who is sought to be impleaded as the sixth defendant in T.O.S.No.45 of 1987, is the only surviving legal heir. Taking note of the facts and circumstances, this application stands
