When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has put up a bore well within 10 meter from the PAP canal. However, the electricity connection was disconnected vide impugned order dated 02.01.2023 and subsequently, the petitioner himself has closed the borewell. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 19.06.2023 NCC: Yes / No Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No vji To
