This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 347 days in filing the appeal as against the Judgment dated 07.03.2024 passed in S.T.C.No.3005/2023 on the file of XXV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008 and pass orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit seems to be justifiable one, this court is inclined to allow this petition.
