By order dated 03.07.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose O.S.No.351 of 2001 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Now, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II (Full Additional Charge of Principal District Munsif, Alandur) has requested this Court to grant further period of four months to dispose of the aforesaid case. On the ground that due to nationwide lock-down imposed to curb Covid-19 pandemic, the direction issued by this Court could not be complied with.
