C.M.P.Nos.13040 of 2023 & 14340 of 2021 in A.S.No.294 of 2021 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA , J.

This Court, while passing order on 12.07.2023, made it clear that if the conditional order passed by this Court has not been complied with, interim stay granted earlier shall stands vacated automatically on 26.07.2023.

2. Today, the learned Special Government Pleader submits that the conditional order passed by this Court has not been fully complied with by the Government.

3. Accordingly, interim stay granted earlier is vacated and C.M.P.No.13040 of 2023 stands allowed.

Consequently, C.M.P.No.14340 of 2021 stands dismissed.
