O R D E R

The relief sought for in the writ petition is to call for the records of the second respondent bearing Na.Ka.No.A3/334/2018 dated 18.05.2018 and to quash the same and direct the second respondent to close the TASMAC Wine Shop No.334 in the property bearing Shop No.334, Plot No.7, Thulasi Nagar, Pumpuhar Nagar, Kolathur, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners made a submission that pursuant to the orders of this Court in another writ petition, the Wine Shop and the Bar were closed.

3. In view of the closure of the business in the Wine Shop as well as in the Bar, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition in W.P.No.16816 of 2018 stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
