Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that proceedings dated 21.04.2021 have been issued giving the permanent status to the petitioner with effect from 03.08.2005, as per the order dated 03.03.2017 passed by this Court. 2.Mr.ST.Varadarajulu P.Ganesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that once the permanent status is conferred on the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Contempt Petition No.990 of 2020 with effect from 03.08.2005, the respondent has to pay all the pecuniary benefits, for which, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that if the petitioner gives a fresh application seeking Provident Fund, Gratuity etc., the same will be considered.

3.Since the matter is pending for a quite long time and the petitioner has been conferred the permanent status with effect from 03.08.2005, it is the obligation on the part of the respondent to provide all the benefits namely, Provident Fund, Gratuity etc. with effect from 03.08.2005. Therefore, the respondent is directed to provide all the benefits namely, Provident Fund, Gratuity etc. with effect from 03.08.2005 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to mention that if the above mentioned benefits are not provided to the petitioner, it is open to him to re-open the Contempt Petition in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
