Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.

2. The petitioner herein who is the landlord has filed RCOP.No.8 of 2013 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif (Rent

Controller), Thiruvannamalai for eviction on the ground of willful default, personal occupation and denial of title. In the said proceeding, counter has been filed and P.W.1 is in the witness box. However, the matter is yet to be disposed of and is pending for the past three years. Hence, the petitioner/landlord has come forward with the present Civil Revision Petition seeking for a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif (Rent Controller), Thiruvannamalai to dispose of the said RCOP within a stipulated time.

3. Since the prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition is limited in nature, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the learned Principal District Munsif (Rent Controller), Thiruvannamalai is directed to dispose of RCOP.No.8 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on a day to day basis.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 28.01.2016 pgp
