This criminal original petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to 2nd respondent in Crl.M.P.No.1708 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Ariyalur.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that, the learned Sessions Judge, Ariyalur, has cancelled the anticipatory bail granted to the accused/2nd respondent and hence, the prayer in this petition becomes infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

3.In view of the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
