This application has been filed by the applicant seeking a direction to the respondents to furnish security to the suit claim of Rs.1,90,00,000/-, failing which, attachment of properties mentioned in the judges summon.

2. The third respondent filed an affidavit dated 29.04.2019 stating that he is ready to produce title deeds for the property situated at Perunagar Village, Uthiramerur Taluk, Kanchipuram District for security.

3. None appeared for the applicant. The learned counsel for the third respondent would submit that the property in Perunagar Village in Uthiramerur Taluk is worth of Rs.3,00,00,000/- (Rupees Three Crores only) and the property in Pattaraiperambatur Village, Thiruvallur District has worth of Rs.2,07,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores and Seven lakhs only). The valuation report has also filed in support of the contention. According to the learned counsel, the properties are more than the value claimed in the suit and the respondents are ready to furnish the title deeds of the properties towards security. The statement of the learned counsel for the third respondent is recorded and this application is closed accordingly.
