ORDER

1.This Criminal Revision is directed against the proceedings dated 10.07.2014 made in Na.Ka.No.4044/2014/A1 initiated by the 1st respondent under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] would submit that this Criminal Revision is preferred against the proceedings initiated under Section 107 of Cr.P.C., by the 1st respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

during the year 2014 and due to efflux of time, nothing remains for further adjudication in this revision and prays for dismissal of this revision as infructuous.

3.The Court heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and also perused the materials placed before it. 4.Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side], this Criminal Revision stands dismissed as infructuous.
