O R D E R

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court passed an order, as against the third respondent in the aforesaid writ petition to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders within a 1/3

period of two weeks. However, no order was passed by the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner has filed the instant petition.

2. An affidavit has been filed by the respondent stating that the respondent passed an order in compliance of the orders passed by this Court, dated 21.2.2020 in W.P.No.10933 of 2016 and the petitioner was informed vide Rc.No.PR.II/14775/WZ/2012, dated 11.11.2020 that the representation of the petitioner could not be considered since the Review Application is still pending before this Court and the same was acknowledged by the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has accepted the compliance order passed by the respondent and seeks liberty to work out remedy in Review application filed by the respondent department.

4. Recording the affidavit filed by the respondent, the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out remedy in the Review application. No costs.
