W.P. No. 31667 of 2012 Writ of Mandamus filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,Directing the respondents to regularise their service with effect from the date on which they have completed ten years of service on daily wage basis by extending the benefits of

G.O.Ms.No.22 Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department dated 28.2.2006 with all consequential monetary benefits including arrears of pension and pensionary benefits within a time frame.

The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the issue involved in this appeal is covered by a judgment in C.Lakshmi V. Govt of Tamil nadu, rep. by Secretary to Government, Home Department, Chennai and others, (Dated 10.07.2014 passed in W.A.Nos.2911 of 2012). It appears that the order of the learned Single Judge has already been given effect to. Accordingly, this appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. No. 1 of 2014 is closed.
