ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register the Complaint dated 19.11.2013 preferred by the petitioner, he has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. On reading of the complaint, it appears that the proposed accused had sold the property of 8 Cents but on actual measurement, it was only about 6 Cents, according to the petitioner. On this allegation, FIR cannot be lodged since it does not disclose commission of any cognizable offence. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
