ORDER
Since no adverse Order has been passed against the respondents 4 and 5, notice to them is dispensed with. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to comply with the relief sought by the petitioner in his representation dated 18.04.2023 within a specified time.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleaders appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner and his father have jointly purchased the subjected property in the year 2007 and the petitioner property of the petitioner has also been acquired by the Government for formation of new Railway Broad Guage Line. While so, suppressing the above fact, the fifth respondent using forged documents has sold the property to the 2/5
fourth respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has given a representation to the second respondent, no action has been taken in this regard. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.04.2024 and pass Orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the fourth and fifth respondents, within a period of the two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 24.06.2024 vrc Index :Yes/No Internet :Yes/No : Yes/No To, 3/5
